- You will ensure that the role involves high standards of care, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- You will manage daily operations, implementing strategies for efficiency, and leading staff effectively.
- You will also handle budgets, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- You will be part of the Senior Management Team and thus will contribute your expertise to the whole group's growth.
- Be responsible of the Health & Safety of the whole operation
- You should have leadership experience in healthcare or elder care.
- Hotel Management experience will also be considered if they have worked in operational and customer service
- You should have financial expertise and knowledge of industry regulations
- You must have strong communication skills
- Qualifications in hospitality &/or Business Administration are considered as a strong asset
