*Recruit, train, and manage staff for both locations. This includes scheduling, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
*Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee payroll. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all fiscal obligations.
*Uphold the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with health regulations and customer expectations.
*Customer Service Excellence: Foster an environment that delivers outstanding customer service. Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
*Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Oversee promotional events and collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand awareness and restaurant visibility.
*Ensure both restaurants comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. Conduct regular audits and take corrective action as necessary.
*Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods. Oversee inventory management and reduce waste.Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the restaurant industry, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
*Strong leadership and people management skills.
*Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
*Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
*Customer-oriented approach with a focus on service quality and satisfaction.
*Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies specific to the restaurant industry.
*Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
*Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service sector.
*Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.QualificationsEducation:*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in food safety and service management are advantageous.Work Conditions:
*The GM may need to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the operating hours of the restaurants.
*This role involves moving between two locations, requiring reliable transportation.
