- Lead and develop the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Oversee sales, business development, and key account management functions
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within fire detection, security systems, and related services
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and tender submissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes within the fire & security sector
- Set and manage commercial KPIs, budgets, and performance targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company governance
- Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred
- Valid Maltese driving license
- Sales flair
- Previous local experience in a similar role is a must
- Previous experience in ELV is considered an asset
