- Develop content marketing strategies to position our games within our portfolio, coordinate local teams, key internal stakeholders to support and drive marketing actions, ensure their smooth delivery while seeking out optimizations
- Deliver a ‘360' Casino Retention Plan; its planning, budgeting and execution, ensuring operational excellence & measured performance.
- Operate personalized actions at key lifecycle stages to maximize customer value. Drive the conversion of Sport players into enthusiastic users of our gaming products.
- Master game positioning and lobby management; ensure optimum exposure & player interactions. Ensure that the Casino lobby is in line with customer expectations and aligned with the Business objectives as well as being synchronized with local markets
- Manage promotional activity with 3rd party providers: orchestrate operational relations, and act as a point of reference for Studio's Marketing features & back-offices.
- Partner with Data teams to implement measuring plans, identify Product insights, and run player analysis
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of several CRM & promotions experts. Effectively manage team resources and prioritize activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- You have at least 5 years' experience in marketing/communication/CRM
- You have proven experience in Gambling or Gaming industry
- You are able to work across multiple teams in a matrix organization
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You have strong project management and coordination skills
- You have great communication and relationship building skills - born team player
- You have interest for the betting / gaming industry (considered as a plus)
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
