As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new hotel in the heart of St Julian's.We are currently seeking a professional and service-driven Food and Beverage Servers to join our team in Mellieha and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences from day one.Job RoleThe Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times. The Food and Beverage Server will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by being attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.Areas of Responsibility

Greet guests promptly and warmly, escorting them to their tables as needed.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout the dining experience.
Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist in closing duties including cleaning, resetting tables, and restocking supplies.
Any other tasks commensurate to the role
