Bajada New Energy in Malta is looking for a motivated and results-driven Operations Executive to join their Operations team.The chosen candidate will be assisting in, and overseeing all the scheduling of our roaming teams and coordinating such activities with third parties and the customer.Responsibilities:Overseeing all operations vis-à-vis the customer and third parties in relation to installations, repairs, and servicingMaintaining and updating the database with customer informationCreating and presenting detailed reportsDirecting potential sales leads to the Sales RepresentativesAddressing any customer queries and complaintsQuestioning customers to understand their requirements and preferencesAssisting the Technical department in planning and schedulingAnalysing and optimising Operational proceduresNoting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned departmentMaintaining a record of day-to-day calls and interactionsOrganizing and managing the logistical operationsEnsuring all documentation is prepared, reviewed, and actioned in a timely mannerLiaising with all the operational departments.Requirements:Proven work experience of 1+ yrs in a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills both in Maltese and EnglishOrganised, structured, and methodicalStrong presentation and negotiation skillsThe patience and ability to engage customers in conversationTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and any other CRM softwareExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsCustomer Centric.An attractive salary package shall be given to the right candidate.All applications are treated with the strictest confidence.
