About the job Sales & Operations Executive | Spanish speakingManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our client's team.Responsibilities:Manage and support sales and operations tasks to achieve business targets and maximize revenue opportunities.Handle customer enquiries, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate customer databases.Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.Support marketing initiatives, sales trips, travel fairs, and familiarization visits.Assist with administrative duties, inspection visits, and group coordination in Malta.Key Requirements:Strong command of English and Spanish; additional languages considered an asset.Ability to work independently with strong organizational and computer skills.Flexibility to work varied hours and travel overseas as required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Previous experience in the tourism industry is highly preferred.Job Info:

Salary: Depending on experience
Work Setting: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday (flexibility to work on weekend and public holiday is required)
Working Hours: 8:30 to 17:00 (flexibility may be needed)
