- Oversee and manage sections in the kitchen
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assists senior staff in ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain stock control, order ingredients when necessary, and minimize food waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Handles store takes when required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Able to lead the team in the absence of senior staff
- Fully understands company policies, the HACCP system, and health and safety protocols.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on roster basis from Monday to Sunday including public holidays
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
