This role is essential for maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure while leading a talented group of IT professionals.What You Are Expected to Bring:

5+ years in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of networking (Cisco), Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), and Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure)
Experience with VMware and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
A proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving IT challenges
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A team player who can navigate challenges and drive results

Oversee IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently
Guide a team of IT professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence
