We are searching for a bartender to join our team.WT Continental is searching for an experienced, professional bartender to join the team. The ideal candidate should have : - previous experience working as a bartender or similar - previous experience working in a fast paced environment - the ability to remain calm and professional when facing difficult customers - the ability to handle large influxes of customers efficiently and professionally - be in possession of a food handler's document - be in possession of a skills pass if necessary - be over 18 years of age The chosen candidate will be responsible for : - welcoming customers at the bar - taking drink and snack orders - preparing alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks - mixing alcoholic drinks - creating and making cocktails - refreshing the drink menu with drink creations of choice - preparing basic snacks such as cheese platters - giving order recommendations and informing customers about the items available on the menu - keeping the bar area clean - other duties related to bartendingProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies

Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils
Wash/rinse glasses
Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
Receive payment for refreshments
Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Prepare simple dishes (salads, raw vegetable platter, cheese platter, desserts...)
Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
Monitor personnel activities
Mix cocktails on customer's demand
Create cocktail recipes with or without alcohol
Receive customer and take orders for drinks
Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks)
