Prepares and serves drinks, provides excellent customer service, maintains a clean and organized bar, and ensures guests have a welcoming experience.Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. They take customer orders, mix and garnish drinks according to recipes or personal requests, and maintain knowledge of current drink trends. Bartenders are also responsible for checking identification to verify legal drinking age, handling cash or card transactions accurately, and keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. In addition to technical skills, bartenders provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about the menu, and recommending drinks. They work closely with servers and barbacks to ensure smooth operations, follow health and safety regulations, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.ProfilesCompetencies

Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils
Wash/rinse glasses
Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
Receive payment for refreshments
Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Manage organisation's accounts and administration
Prepare simple dishes (salads, raw vegetable platter, cheese platter, desserts...)
Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
Mix cocktails on customer's demand
Create cocktail recipes with or without alcohol
Receive customer and take orders for drinks
Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks)
