We are looking for skilled Bartenders & Baristas to prepare beverages in line with company standards while delivering professional service to ensure guest satisfaction.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Create both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests in the bar and restaurant. Engage with guests, take their orders, and provide service as needed. Understand guest preferences and make suitable drink suggestions. Combine ingredients to craft cocktails. Ensure all bar equipment is functioning correctly; report any issues requiring maintenance. Assist in designing and updating the bar menu. Verify guests' age to ensure compliance with legal drinking requirements. Maintain stock levels by restocking supplies and managing inventory. Prioritise guest satisfaction by delivering a high-quality experience. Follow all regulations related to food and beverage service. Job Requirements: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs. Previous bartending experience with solid knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and serving. Ability to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area. Confident and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and management. Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a dedicated work ethic. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Completion of a valid Food Handlers Training course.
