- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of commercial contracts and agreements
- Advising on a wide range of commercial matters such as intellectual property, technology,and internal/service contracts
- Advising and supporting other departments as may be necessary
- Overseeing contractual obligations and maintaining contractual and regulatory relations
- Identifying legal issues, providing analysis of legal risks and assisting in the creation and implementation of solutions
- Liaising with external advisors and regulatory authorities
- Legal Research and staying abreast with regulatory updates
- Maintaining records of group policies and procedures and uphold them internally as well as towards relevant regulatory authorities
- Providing administrative support to the legal team as required
- A Degree in Law.
- Experience in a similar, contracts-focused role in the iGaming industry
- Knowledge and understanding of online gaming legislation and industry best practices
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- High level of attention to detail
- Works independently and requires little supervision
- Clear communicator, fluent in English.
