Senior Legal Counsel

- Provide legal advice across various practice areas, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, data protection, employment, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Develop and maintain legal templates, internal policies, and contract management processes.
- Deliver timely, practical guidance to support compliant and efficient business decision-making.
- Review, implement, and enforce terms and conditions while handling disputes, complaints, and litigation matters.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external counsel on complex and cross-border legal issues.
- Lead due diligence processes to ensure compliance in multi-jurisdictional markets.
- Support corporate governance by preparing resolutions, legal documentation, and internal records.
- Native / fluent in English, with strong command in both writing and speaking.
- Additional proficiency in Finnish, would be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar legal role.
- Degree in Law with professional legal qualification.
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented, quality-driven approach.
