This team helps businesses keep accurate financial records, stay compliant with reporting obligations and provide insights into business performance; offering a great foundation for students interested in finance, accounting or business operations.The Legal Advisory department provides advice and support across a wide range of legal and regulatory areas including corporate law, commercial law, contract drafting, employment law, and regulatory compliance across industries such as iGaming, fintech and more. This department combines legal expertise with practical commercial insight, making it ideal for students interested in law, legal research or regulatory frameworks.The Corporate team helps clients with company formation and ongoing administration, including directorship and secretarial services, back-office support and corporate governance. You'll gain exposure to how companies are structured and operated in Malta and around the world, and learn about the regulatory, administrative and organisational side of business.Our Immigration and Relocation team assists individuals and families with residence planning and permits, relocation logistics and regulatory guidance for moving to Malta. This area is excellent for students who enjoy client support, cross-border services and learning about international mobility and immigration procedures.Within the Compliance department, you'll learn how to help clients adhere to local and international regulatory standards, especially in areas like AML/CFT, financial services regulations and corporate compliance frameworks.
