Deliver engaging General English lessons using EF’s methodology, while incorporating your own teaching style

Plan and prepare lessons, track student attendance, and participate in regular teacher meetings

Administer and assess tests throughout the course

Maintain effective classroom management

Take part in peer observation programmes

Represent EF as a positive and professional ambassador

Requirements

Availability to work during Summer 2026

TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sensitivity to the needs of international students

Strong customer service orientation

Confidence working with young learners (ages 10–16)

Strong administrative and organisational abilities

Legal right to work in Malta (EU passport or valid work authorization)

C2 level of English proficiency
