- Overseeing all operations vis-à-vis the customer and third parties in relation to installations, repairs, and servicing
- Maintaining and updating the database with customer information
- Creating and presenting detailed reports
- Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives
- Addressing any customer queries and complaints
- Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Assisting the Technical department in planning and scheduling
- Analysing and optimising Operational procedures
- Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department
- Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and interactions
- Organizing and managing the logistical operations
- Ensuring all documentation is prepared, reviewed, and actioned in a timely manner
- Liaising with all the operational departments.
- Proven work experience of 1+ yrs in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Maltese and English
- Organised, structured, and methodical
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Customer Centric.
