In this position within the automotive industry, you will ensure a high-quality customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will monitor and improve workshop productivity and efficiency, monitor servicing calendar, address escalated customer concerns, provide guidance and training to the team ad implement quality control measures. The ideal candidate is in possession of an Engineering Degree and knowledgeable of electrical and mechanical engines and systems.
