Vecchia Napoli restaurants located in Qawra and Luqa, Malta, are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.In this role, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our high standards of quality and service. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests, while also supporting and training new team members to help them reach their full potential. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for Italian cuisine and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills and fluency in English are essential, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. Applicants must already be based in Malta, hold a clean police conduct, and, if non-EU nationals, possess a valid work permit.
