- Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and services to effectively position them with clients.
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Negotiate agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and build sustainable, long-term relationships.
- Convert leads and opportunities into new business while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Proactively engage with potential and current clients through regular meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Analyze client needs and market dynamics to tailor solutions, commercial offers, and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the UK/USA to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, product, and operations) to finalize commercial contracts and agreements.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences in the region.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and client portfolio health.
- Undertake any additional tasks as required by the company from time to time.
- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales/business development experience within the iGaming industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success and deep experience in the UK and USA markets, with an established network of industry contacts.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and deal negotiation techniques, with the ability to structure and close complex agreements.
- Client-Centric: Skilled in managing and expanding existing client portfolios while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company internationally.
- Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive mindset.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
