Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to our standards.
Mixing and matching ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks in line with our restaurant concept.
Engaging with guests to ensure a premium experience and staying customer-focused at all times.
Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies in close collaboration with the restaurant management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar to the highest of standards.
Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving with a smile.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bartending role
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in high-end cocktail preparation
Wine training or sommelier certification will be considered an asset
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous
A positive, outgoing personality with strong team-player qualities
Eagerness to learn, take direction, and collaborate effectively with colleagues
