Elba Restaurant is seeking a talented Senior Bartender to lead our bar team and ensure every guest enjoys a perfect drink and unforgettable service. As a Senior Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, mentor junior staff, and bring creativity and expertise to our beverage menu.Responsibilities and essential job duties include but are not limited to:

Lead the bar team during service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Prepare, serve, and present cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks to the highest standards
Create and innovate cocktail recipes, seasonal specials, and signature drinks
Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff
Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with regulations
Collaborate with management on bar promotions, events, and beverage strategy
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and attentive service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flair and creativity in presentation and mixology
Knowledge of bar safety and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Fluency in English
