- Providing superior customer service well before they arrive to the hotel and even after their departure.
- Finding strategic ways of giving each Guest a personalized and memorable service
- Meeting and greeting arriving guests and bidding them farewell as they leave
- Reviewing the arrival list daily and assisting in allocating welcome amenities
- Escorting VIPs to their rooms and check them in before their arrival
- Attending promptly to customers' inquiries and assisting them with their needs
- Dealing with guest complaints and providing tangible solutions to their issues or concerns
- Finding proactive ways of enhancing the Guest experience
- Ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests, team members and property, being able to take over the Fire Panel and lead the management team on duty
- Representing the Hotel management during their absence
- Providing support to reception with check in and check out as required
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating and the service provided
- Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
- Be present within the Front Office Area as well the Executive Lounge and assist during busy moments
- Full knowledge of all activities / functions / events happening within the hotel whilst on duty
- Be the point of reference for the guests throughout their stay
