- Processing payroll for multiple clients, including calculations, deductions and adjustments.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and labour laws.
- Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR departments.
- Maintaining precise and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
- Addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with colleagues to optimise payroll processes and client satisfaction.
- Previous local experience in payroll processing and administration
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English. Maltese speaking would be preferred
- A qualification in payroll would be considered an asset
