Check tidiness of rooms and common areas and report technical defects to maintenance department
Draw up schedules for chamber maids according to occupancy
Meet specific needs of customers such as placing an extra chair, bed
Clean, disinfect and tidy rooms and sanitary facilities
Hire staff and teach them organisation guidelines
Supervise basic maintenance of rooms and equipment
Supervise cleaning performance on different locations
