Housekeeping Attendants

- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.
- Participate in training programs to continuously enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.
