- Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions, and configurations within the company's ERP systems.
- Work closely with strategic partners, technical teams, program management, and business users to develop and maintain complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
- Establish and manage the service desk for ERP solutions using ITIL best practices.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, address production support issues, and handle other assigned duties.
- Lead by example to motivate a diverse team, fostering innovation, accountability, and open communication. Encourage continuous learning and mentor team members for leadership roles.
- Coordinate with Data Governance and Quality teams to ensure product quality and system integration.
- Explore emerging technologies and trends in the ERP landscape and beyond, integrating innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, workflows, and technical considerations for future reference and optimization.
- Qualification at MQF Level 6 in Computer Science or related field, accredited by MQRIC or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of six (6) years' experience in ERP implementation or relevant field.
- Management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Pega Systems or similar Low-Code Solutions, SiteCore or similar headless content management systems, Java or Python, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React) advantageous.
- Ability to analyse complex processes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
