IT Infrastructure and Security Manager (Information Technology)

• Manage a team overseeing network architecture, information security, infrastructure systems, and data canter operations
• Ensure the team surpasses service level agreements through effective management, maintaining a high level of service
• Suggest solutions to enhance the Technology infrastructure and security roadmap
• Ensure projects are completed on time, managing budgets, estimates, and progress reports
• Cultivate a positive teamwork culture and knowledge-sharing environment
• Manage the Company’s supplier relationships
• Perform management tasks, maintaining and updating infrastructure and security applications according to established standards and procedures
• Manage project financials, including business cases, estimates, budgets, and forecasts
• Write and record tender documents, conduct technical writing, and perform technical evaluations
• Generate required management reporting and information
• Identify and implement strategic solutions for problematic areas.
• Participate in management meetings, lead task forces, and contribute to special projects as needed
• Actively engage in working groups and task forces at both local and international levels
• Perform any other assigned responsibilities as needed

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT, including 4 years in a team management role
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the IT industry, with deep knowledge of IT Service Management standards and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in teamwork, multitasking, and meeting stringent deadlines
• Fluent in the English language
