- Assisting customers via chat and email
- Investigating issues to determine the player’s needs
- Cross-selling and promoting all opportunities
- Conducting KYC and document processing
- Identifying RG issues and providing support
- Escalating issues to the relevant departments
- Fluency in Finnish at a native level, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English at a C1+ level
- A minimum of 6 months’ work experience within Customer Support in iGaming (non-negotiable)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good listener with a warm and empathetic approach
- Ability to put the player first
- Competitive salary of €27K + 10% bonus depending on KPIs
- Relocation support
- Shift-based schedule between 08:00 and 01:00, with potential night shifts depending on company needs
