- Support the development and execution of our VIP retention campaign roadmap, driving loyalty across both digital and retail channels – all within the set bonus budget
- Use your insights to set up winning moves that boost customer lifetime value through personalised, targeted touchpoints.
- Help craft and deliver communications that speak directly to our key VIP segments, keeping them engaged and loyal season after season.
- Bring a customer-first mindset to the table, working closely with CRM and iGaming teams to build a strong, commercially focused VIP strategy.
- Track campaign performance and customer behaviour like a pro analyst, turning data into actionable insights that improve our game.
- Help ensure a consistent and seamless experience throughout the entire VIP journey, from onboarding to elite player management.
- Work in sync with internal teams to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements (AML, RG), helping us maintain a safe and responsible environment.
- Be proactive in your outreach with VIPs through email, phone calls, and direct messages – building relationships that last.
- Experience. You bring 5+ years of proven experience in account management, ideally working with VIP customers in the iGaming industry.
- Proactivity. You’re extroverted and confident - never shy to pick up the phone and proactively reach out to clients to build strong relationships.
- Language Skills. You are a native German speaker, essential as we’re the #1 sports betting provider in Germany, while English is the main language in our office.
- Passion & Attitude. You bring a positive, can-do mindset with a proactive approach and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Customer Focus. You have a strong customer-centric mindset, always looking to understand and meet the needs and motivations of your clients.
- Analytical Skills. You’re comfortable working with data and insights using tools like Excel, and Domo to drive informed decisions and optimize account strategies.
