- Support the development and execution of our VIP retention campaign roadmap, driving customer loyalty across both digital and retail channels - all within the defined bonus budget.
- Use data-driven insights to create personalised, targeted touchpoints that enhance customer lifetime value and elevate the overall player experience.
- Help craft and deliver tailored communications that resonate with our key VIP segments, keeping them engaged and connected to Tipico Games.
- Champion a customer-first approach, collaborating closely with CRM and iGaming teams to shape a commercially focused VIP strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer behaviour, translating analytics into actionable improvements that strengthen retention efforts.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent experience throughout the entire VIP journey - from onboarding through to elite player management.
- Work in alignment with internal teams to meet all compliance and regulatory standards (AML, RG), supporting a safe and responsible gaming environment.
- Take a proactive approach to VIP relationship management through email, phone, and direct messaging to build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Experience. You bring 5+ years of proven experience in account management, ideally working with VIP customers in the iGaming industry.
- Proactivity. You're extroverted and confident - never shy to pick up the phone and proactively reach out to clients to build strong relationships.
- Language Skills. German fluency is essential to connect with our customers in Germany. English is our main office language, so strong communication in both is key for effective collaboration.
- Passion & Attitude. You bring a positive, can-do mindset with a proactive approach and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Customer Focus. You have a strong customer-centric mindset, always looking to understand and meet the needs and motivations of your clients.
