Associate Lawyer - Aviation and Financial Services

• Provide expert legal advice and support on aviation and financial services law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate aviation/financial services related contracts and agreements.
• Assist clients with registration, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
• Represent clients with dispute resolutions and negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry developments, legislation, and case law.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government authorities and aviation regulators.

• Fully warranted lawyer with a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum two years of legal experience, ideally within aviation, corporate, or financial services law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
• A keen interest in the aviation and financial services industry and its legal framework.
