- Our client is a leading law firm.
- Prepare and review contracts related to aircraft leasing, management, and sale, ensuring legal and commercial protections for clients;
- Manage and represent clients in aviation-related disputes, including contractual issues, and regulatory matters;
- Keep clients informed of legal changes and helping them maintain compliance with Maltese and international aviation laws;
- Build and maintain client relationships, offering strategic guidance and support to meet their aviation-related legal needs;
- Advise clients in respect of corporate, banking, regulatory, finance and transactional matters;
- Work with international clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance within the Maltese aviation industry.
- Be a fully warranted lawyer;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Be attentive to detail;
- Have strong analytical skills;
- Possess excellent communication abilities;
- Have a problem-solving approach;
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
