We are seeking a charismatic and professional Host to join the front-of-house team at our client’s hotel and restaurant outlets. As a Host, you will be first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional dining experience.Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Provide information about the menu and specials, and answer any guest inquiries. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas. Handle guest comments and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor restaurant activity and efficiently seat guests to optimize table turnover. Distribute menus, inform guests of specials, and answer questions about the restaurant. Requirements: Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service.
