Our client is currently seeking to recruit a highly-motivated lawyer with an interest in Corporate Law, Financial Services and Capital Markets.The successful candidate shall have at least two years PQE, a strong academic preparation and grounding in Civil and Corporate/Commercial Law.Experience working in or with the financial services industry will be considered an asset. Candidates must be able to work diligently under pressure as part of a team servicing mainly the firm's international clients.The selected professionals will be expected to advise clients in respect of corporate, banking, regulatory, finance and transactional matters, assist with the licencing and on-going compliance obligations of regulated entities, including collective investment schemes and investment firms, as well as guide entities active in or accessing the capital markets.An attractive remuneration and benefits package that is commensurate with experience and qualifications will be offered to the chosen candidates.
