This Business Lawyer will join a reputable firm offering a newly created opportunity in its team to take on an advisory and out-of-court focused role within a team offering broad expertise to key international clients.As a Business Lawyer, you will advise clients primarily in regulated industries on a broad range of topics from commercial, IP, and regulatory advice as well as acting as a key advisor on ensuring clients are in good legal standing.By taking on this role, you will be part of a growing firm where you will have the opportunity to be a key player in the future growth of the firm. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of areas to further enhance and upskill your skillset.You will:

Provide legal guidance and advise on a wide range of areas related to gaming law, regulatory, IP and other company law matters;
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
Offer legal opinions critical for client’s businesses;
Contribute significantly to the growth of the firm.

Experience:

Warranted Lawyer in Malta
3+ years PQE, gaming or financial services exposure desired
Experience from a regulated authority will be considered an asset

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 45,000 – 55,000 DOEBenefits:
