Our client, a leading Malta-based law firm specialising in emerging technologies, is hiring a Legal Associate to join their growing team.

Assist senior legal counsel in advising clients on regulatory issues related to emerging technologies, including Gaming, Crypto, and AI across EU and international markets.
Conduct in-depth research on legal frameworks such as MiCA, DORA, EU Gaming Laws, and other global regulatory regimes.
Draft detailed regulatory analyses and client memos supporting cross-border compliance strategies.
Track and summarize key regulatory developments from ESMA, national EU authorities, and international bodies.

Requirements

Solid understanding of EU crypto and fintech regulations, including MiCA, AML6, and DORA.
Strong interest in the Digital Assets, Gaming, and fintech regulatory landscape.
Exceptional legal research and communication skills, particularly in cross-jurisdictional matters.

Education and Experience

Law degree or equivalent EU legal qualification with 2-3 years of relevant legal experience.
