Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional? One of our top clients is looking for a Payroll Executive to join their dynamic HR team. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and operational efficiency.What's expected of you?
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Calculate salaries accurately and resolve any payroll discrepancies
  • Monitor and compile monthly payroll reports for management
  • Respond to employee queries regarding payslips and provide clear guidance
  • Prepare FS5 forms and submit FS7 online in compliance with regulations
  • Support additional payroll-related tasks as required
What are you expected to bring?
  • O’ Level qualification with 1–2 years of payroll experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong Excel skills essential
  • Experience with Indigo payroll software is an advantage
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
