Just sharp people who move fast, think commercially, and hold themselves to the highest standards.As Head of Compliance, they will own the function outright, partnering directly with the C-suite to shape the governance framework and becoming the designated person approved by the MFSA. This is a role with real strategic impact, built for a senior compliance professional who is ready to stop advising from the sidelines and start driving from the front.You Will:

Compliance & Governance strategy oversight
Key function holder – liaise with MFSA
Be and advisor so C level when it comes to compliance and governance

Skills / Experience:

Excellent ability to interpret regulatory requirements
5+ years within the payments/fintech sector
Previously Approved compliance officer (in Malta)
