  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of AML/CFT advisory engagements, including AML risk assessments, gap analyses, AML frameworks, policies and procedures, transaction monitoring reviews, and regulatory remediation projects;
  • Translate regulatory requirements and industry best practices into practical, value-adding solutions tailored to client needs;
  • Assist in the management of assigned engagement workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, to a high standard, and in line with internal methodologies and regulatory expectations;
  • Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and on-the-job guidance;
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients during engagements and participate in client meetings and presentations;
  • Contribute to proposal development and support internal initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities within the AML Risk Consulting practice;
  • Keep up to date with local and international AML/CFT regulatory developments and pursue continuous professional development.
Requirements
  • University degree in criminology, risk management, regulatory studies, law, accountancy, business administration, or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of three years relevant experience in AML/CFT, regulatory compliance, or risk consulting, preferably within a professional services environment;
  • Experience supervising or coaching junior team members;
  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulatory requirements and industry best practices;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English;
  • Willingness to pursue relevant professional or AML-related qualifications.
