- Assist surveyors in conducting topographic surveys and collect accurate site measurements.
- Handle point cloud data and laser scanning.
- Interpret survey data and prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, maps, and plans using CAD software.
- Ensure drawings reflect correct levels, contours, boundaries, and site features.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, field notes, and revisions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
- Verify and cross-check survey data for consistency and accuracy before final submission.
- Update drawings and plans to reflect any changes identified during site visits or project development.
- Adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements in all drafting work.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills and able to handle Point Cloud Data
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Good understanding of Maltese building codes and regulations
- Able to work independently and manage workload in a dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in MEP coordination, finishes, and interior layouts
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting or degree in a related field is an asset
