Reporting to the Air Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing communication with assigned customers as well as the full development of their accountsHow you create impact
  • Comprehensive management of air logistics operations (ensuring shipment quality and handling them in a timely and appropriate manner, considering the regulations of each country).
  • Establish communication channels with assigned customers regarding service and daily operations to foster long-term relationships.
  • Maintain and develop accounts in coordination with the Sales department.
  • Participate in department-specific projects related to optimizing customer service activities within the air logistics division.
  • Uphold and promote the Company's Compliance and Data Confidentiality programs in all matters related to the position of air Logistics operational Care Expert
What we would like you to bring
  • Academic background related to Logistics or International Trade,
  • 2+ years of experience in operational or commercial management of air logistics transport will be highly valued, preferably IATA Qualified
  • Fluent English
  • Passion for the international trade sector.
  • Proficiency in office software tools
