We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our client's project delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile ERP implementations on a globally recognised platform, working in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment.You will manage end-to-end project delivery, support pre-sales activities, and play a key role in ensuring successful client outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects for medium to large clients.
Define and tailor the most appropriate implementation methodology for each engagement.
Manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, quality, and risk across projects.
Monitor, track, and report on project progress to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Develop and manage communication, risk, and quality plans.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and resolve challenges proactively.
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development where required.
Ensure compliance with internal information security policies and governance standards.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years' experience delivering end-to-end projects, ideally within ERP environments.
Experience managing implementations for medium to large organisations.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven ability to analyse complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
Strong conflict resolution and team facilitation skills.
Willingness to travel when required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Certification in a recognised project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum).
