In this role, you’ll lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, solution architects, and delivery teams to plan, manage, and execute end-to-end implementation programmes, giving you the opportunity to shape transformational technology initiatives, drive measurable business impact, and grow your leadership and strategic expertise.From defining project plans and statements of work to monitoring progress, managing risks, and coordinating internal and third-party resources, this role puts you at the heart of successful technology delivery, offering you hands-on experience in end-to-end program delivery, exposure to cutting-edge technology, and the chance to make a tangible impact on global clients’ digital transformation.This role also provides the opportunity to mentor junior project managers, contribute to best-practice delivery frameworks, and support pre-sales activities.You’ll help deliver enterprise solutions including ERP, CRM, and integrated digital platforms using the Microsoft technology stack. The role offers the chance to lead complex transformation initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across global projects, enabling you to expand your expertise in enterprise technology, drive meaningful business change, and grow as a strategic leader in high-impact digital transformations.You will:
  • Lead and deliver complex technology projects, managing plans, budgets, risks, and quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors, driving stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Mentor talent, improve delivery frameworks, and support pre-sales planning and estimations.
Skills / Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management working in IT delivering large projects.
  • Excellent communications skills in English is mandatory.
  • Project Management Certifications are an advantage (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master)
