The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen monitoring processes and uphold high standards of governance across the organisation.In this position, the Compliance Officer will take ownership of the compliance monitoring plan, with a strong focus on oversight, risk identification, and regulatory reporting. The role offers exposure to a broad operational and regulatory landscape, along with the opportunity to progress toward MFSA approval as a designated function holder, contributing to the organization’s ongoing stability and growth.You Will:

Compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting
License upkeep with MFSA
Oversee general compliance initiatives and standards

Skills / Experience:

Excellent ability to interpret regulatory requirements
5+ years within the payments/fintech or financial services sector
Successful candidate will be subject to be PQ’d with MFSA
