How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

Specialist training for the role,

You will: * 🦸‍♀️Manage inquiries from touristic groups across all our destinations

🤖Craft enticing group proposals and meticulous contracts
🕵️‍♂️Take care of the group process in close coordination with our dedicated hotel teams
☀️Act as the direct liaison for corporate clients and agencies
🏰Skillfully handled invoicing and debtor management

RequirementsWhat do you need to be successful at this job?

Language Maestro: Fluent in German, good English
Interest in the travel industry and ideally (not mandatory) some experience on the field.
Exceptional communication prowess and an analytical mindset
A proactive work style, fueled by enthusiasm and self-motivation
A strong sense of responsibility coupled with a dedication to quality
