We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer specialising in Employment Law to join a leading firm here in Malta.As a Senior Lawyer in Employment, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of employment-related matters, including but not limited to, advising on employment contracts, handling disputes, and representing clients in tribunals and courts. You will provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. Your role will also involve drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing proactive legal guidance to prevent disputes.The ideal candidate must be warranted to practice law in Malta and must have at least 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar position.
