Our client, a leading CSP is seeking to recruit a Tax Advisor to join their Tax team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Advising clients on all tax related matters which includes both direct and indirect taxation
Structuring of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate re organisations
Advising clients in relation to ongoing developments in international tax rules
Providing advice on personal wealth and involving arrangements such as trusts, foundations and companies

Skill-sets and Requirements

Minimum three years experience in a similar role
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Meticulous with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Possess excellent communication and written skills in English
Possess excellent intrapersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships
