- Support client requirements with the execution of various corporate finance-related projects, including the planning, execution, and reporting of.
- Assist in the compilation of comprehensive cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the financial viability of projects and initiatives.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research on the markets and/or target companies.
- Support in devising feasibility studies to assess the potential risks and benefits associated with proposed projects or investments.
- Develop financial forecasts and models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements based on analysis and forecasting results.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss progress on projects and develop strategies for improvement, developing strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial forecasts and analyses.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure a cohesive approach to problem-solving.
- To carry out any other ‘ad hoc’ assignments related to the Advisory and closely working departments that arise from time to time.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and ideally in Maltese
- At least 3 (three) years' experience within the Professional Services sector, ideally with experience in some of the above-mentioned tasks.
- A strong working knowledge of Tender identification, Client Solutions, Malta Enterprise Schemes and eligibility, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) would be an asset.
- Candidates with a varied background in Professional or Financial Services sectors will be considered favorably.
