About the job Project ManagerManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Manager (MEP) to join our clients team.Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.Supervise and coordinate execution of MEP works, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates.Monitor costs, approve invoices, and support claims and contract negotiations.Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications, including quality inspections and handover documentation.Key Requirements:Proven experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and execution processes.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of local codes, international standards, and HSE regulations.Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
